Due to a bug, user with selfmanaged machines have problems lately to authenicate themselfs to the VPP printer queue. After typing the credentials a window like "The credentials supplied are not sufficient to access this printer. Do you want to specify new credentials?" pops up.

There are following possible solutions:

  1. For PDFs use webupload via https://piaweb01.ethz.ch

  2. Connect to the printer via IPP protocol just like described here: https://unlimited.ethz.ch/x/bCQwBQ
