= Networking Infrastructure =
The ETH networking infrastructure consists of a wired and a wireless LAN. For secure remote connections (e.g. from home/ abroad to ETH), virtual private network (VPN) services are offered. All networks are managed by ETHZ central IT department (ID, Informatikdienste). However ISG D-ITET is the first point of contact for any network issues related to its customers at D-ITET.
