If you want to create a new request, fill in the Fälligkeitsdatum (due date) and select one of the options "Neuanschluss erfassen" (Install New Telefon Line) or "Umzug erfassen" (Move An Existing Phone Connection).

The Fälligkeitsdatum (Due Date) is by default ten days in the future. Telkom needs that much time. Please do not call ISG about moving this date, we cannot influence that.

  • * Make sure Adobe Flash Plugin 10 or higher is installed.
  • * Know the room number and UTP numbers before you start filling out a form

Logon

Open the Telkom website. Logon with your n.ethz username and password. If you don't remember your n.ethz password, you can reset it here
