== Stopping a running print job == To stop a running print job, first try pressing the printer's "Cancel" button (usually the red one). Some more pages will come out, but most of the time, this will cancel the current print job. If this method doesn't work, simply switch off the printer's power and wait a few seconds. Then switch it on again. The stopped job is automatically removed from the print server, so the next queued job (if there is one left) is sent to the printer. You probably might have caused a paper jam. If you know how to fix it, try it yourself, if not, contact ISG.EE support. |
