To stop a running print job, first try pressing the printer's "Cancel" button (usually the red one). Some more pages will come out, but most of the time, this will cancel the current print job. If this method doesn't work, simply switch off the printer's power and wait a few seconds. Then switch it on again. The stopped job is automatically removed from the print server, so the next queued job (if there is one left) is sent to the printer. You probably might have caused a paper jam. If you know how to fix it, try it yourself, if not, contact ISG.EE support. | To stop a running print job, first try pressing the printer's "Cancel" button (usually the red one). If a printer's paper tray is empty, just fill the tray with the stock paper that is sometimes provided on the printer's desk. Please feed the printer tray(s) with the (correct) paper type that is indicated on the paper tray's front. Please feed the printer tray(s) with the (correct) paper type. To find out which tray should contain what sort of paper or transparencies, there should be a label on the printer with something like VPP blabla and a picture of the model on it, with arrows pointing towards each individual drawer. It is absolutely important, to follow this rule to the dot. The printers trays are configured by VPP, and it's a bad idea to change any settings.
