Software Installation

As a standard user, you cannot install software yourself. We try to provide with a workstation that is tailored to your position and working needs.

Local Software Installation

If you still need some software to be installed, please contact us via email at support@. You can speed up the process by including some information:

  • Is the software available on IDES?
  • Is a license required? If yes, has your institute already bought some licenses?

Software Re-Packaging Server

If your institute has a service agreement with ISG.EE, you can order software to be re-packaged. Afterwards, the software can be deployed to the workstations in your institute.

Default processing time is 4 weeks. You can help by providing the following information:

  • Is the software available on IDES?
  • Is a license required? If yes, has your institute already bought some licenses?
