Special Printing
General Info
At ETZ-J66 we maintain the D-ITET print shop called ETZSPEZ with modern devices and wide media and format coverage.
The print-queue is being processed automatically for all printers and prints are released by file-size, beginning with smaller ones first.
How to print a Poster ETH / UniSpital / University Members
Please follow the instruction to be able to print a Poster!

Visit the website www.vpp.ethz.ch. On the right side you will see a box. Click on: Send PDF VPP Job. Get direct to the Formular |

Put in your Firstname and Lastname. There will be no Username or Firstname/Lastname check by the formular |

As destination put in etzspez. If the destination was filled out correct, the magnifying glass will show you automatic the destination |

If the destination was filled out correct, it will show you as well all available devices. Choose by clicking the magnifying glass the right device or type in HP6100 as seen on the picture! |

Click on the blue arrow a new dynamic window will open. |

Choose now one of the defaul size or customize it. For Price details see below! |

We support two paper types. Normal Paper and semi-gloss. If you want normal Paper you do not have to choose something however if you want semi-gloss then choose semi-gloss. IMPORTANT: semi-gloss printing jobs will not be printed till we received additional a confirmation by email from the user! Just mention in the email the poster needs to printed with semi-gloss paper. Hit the Send Print Job Button. You will be direct to a new site will will let you know what your Job ID is. You can monitore your print job on this website |
