Printing: Pricing and payment

When do I have to pay my printouts?

  • In general, users have to pay for printouts when using any color printer, slide-exposer or large format printer (ETZSPEZ-printers).
  • All other printers can be used free of charge for up to 10 sheets per printjob max. Anything exceeding that, must be paid for.
  • D-ITET members do not have to pay when using any color printer, as long as the printout is not for private use.

How much does it cost?

  • The specific rate that has to be paid is listed in the VPP tariff.

Where to pay?

  • At the IT Support Group helpdesk, office ETL-F-22 (first floor in ETL building at Physikstrasse 3), during office hours.

  • Payment is to be carried out after you have printed your documents. Please show your printouts to the helpdesk employee.

  • You can only pay in cash.
