Password change

Please follow the official ID howto for changing your NETHZ password. Please read the complete howto before changing your password. This might help preventing account lockouts.

Problems and solutions

  • Self managed Windows 7 client causes account lockouts:

    By default, Windows 7 stores credentials for connected network resources. You find these credentials in Control Panel \ Credential Manager. If you find network resources that use the NETHZ credentials, please delete them.
