Problem

In Thunderbird some specific emails are not shown whereas they appear in another client (e.g. our Webmail Client). Why is this so and what can i do?

Solution

Sometimes the folder index (.msf) file becomes damaged and messages may appear missing or deleted messages continue showing. Repairing the folder may fix these issues.

• In Thunderbird select the folder where you miss emails and right-click.

• Choose properties

• Then click on Repair Folder
