SSH connections from Mac starts with errors similar to "locale name not valid"

Please check the properties of your Terminal. Uncheck "Set locale environment variables on startup"

Example of the error message:

• LANGUAGE = (unset), LC_ALL = (unset), LC_CTYPE = "UTF-8", LANG = "en_US.UTF-8"

• are supported and installed on your system.
