K-Button -> System Settings -> Regional&Language -> Keyboard Layout -> Tab:Layout -> Option:Enable keyboard layouts -> Tab:Advanced -> Expand:Compose key position -> Klick:Left Win -> apply

Gnome

System -> Preferences -> Keyboard -> Tab:Layouts -> Button:Options... -> Entry:Compose Key position -> Option:Left Win -> close
