Start Apple Mail. The Account Wizard will appear if you didn't yet setup your mail account. Otherwise, you can start it from the Menubar: "File" > "Add Account..."

Enter your full name and E-Mail address (ITET-USERNAME@ee.ethz.ch) as well as your ITET password.
If you want to distinguish this address from other addresses you may have, it may be a good Idea to add "(ETH)" (or similar) as a Suffix to your Name.
